Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital Products)

AssuredAccess sells only digital products. Nothing physical is ever shipped, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or tracking numbers.

How delivery works

1. You complete payment via Cashfree (UPI, card, net-banking, wallet or EMI).
2. Our system verifies the payment automatically via secure webhooks.
3. Your product — license key, activation code, account credential, gift card code or download link — is delivered to:
   • your registered email, and
   • your License Vault in the AssuredAccess dashboard (available 24×7).

Delivery time

• Instant-delivery products: typically within 1–5 minutes of successful payment; maximum 24 hours in rare verification cases.
• Manual-fulfilment products (marked on the product page): within the timeframe stated on that page, usually under 12 hours.

If you don't receive your order

Check spam/junk folders and your dashboard first. Still missing after 24 hours? Contact support@assuredaccess.in or WhatsApp +91 78802 66883 with your order number — non-delivery qualifies for a full refund under our Refund Policy.
