Billing Policy

• A GST-ready tax invoice is generated automatically for every successful order and is downloadable as PDF from your dashboard (Orders → Invoice).
• Invoices include: invoice number, order number, seller details (SapneDigital, Udyam registration, GSTIN when applicable), your billing details, HSN/SAC codes, item-wise tax breakdown (CGST/SGST or IGST), payment method and totals.
• Business purchases: add your GSTIN at checkout to have it printed on the invoice for input credit claims. GSTIN cannot be added retroactively after invoice generation, so please enter it during checkout.
• Billing name/address on an invoice reflects checkout details; corrections are possible within 48 hours of purchase by contacting support.
• All amounts are billed in INR.
