License Agreement

When you purchase a license-type product on AssuredAccess, you receive:

  1. A genuine activation key or credential for the product and term stated on the product page;
  2. The right to activate and use the software per the publisher's end-user license agreement (EULA);
  3. Delivery records in your License Vault, including key, activation guide and expiry date (if term-based).

You do not receive: ownership of the underlying software or intellectual property; rights to resell, sublicense or share keys unless the listing explicitly permits it; or publisher-level warranties beyond what the publisher provides.

AssuredAccess guarantees the key is genuine, unused and activatable at delivery. Term-based licenses are guaranteed for their stated duration; lifetime retail keys carry our replacement guarantee for activation failures reported per the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Keys revoked due to your breach of the publisher's EULA (e.g. activating in a prohibited region, commercial use of consumer editions) are not eligible for replacement or refund.
